Shipping Policy
Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from our studio here in Delaware County, New York. Because our items are handcrafted, large orders or high-volume weekend rushes may require the full 3 days for creation prior to shipment.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
We ship securely via USPS or UPS within the United States, utilizing whichever carrier offers the most efficient and cost-effective delivery for your specific package size. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $6.00 for orders under $35.00. We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $35.00.
Please note: We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is dropped off for shipment, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you so you can follow its journey.
